Full Servo High Speed Sanitary Napkin Production Line (NYH-SN1500EP) – capable of producing fast-easy packs, straight packs, and individual packs at speeds of 800–1,300 pieces per minute.
Full Servo Adult Diaper Production Line (NYH-AD350) – supporting normal, T-type, and circle waist structures with a production speed of 250–400 pcs/min.
Full Servo Baby Diaper Production Line (NYH-BD800T) – offering normal, circle waist, and T-type options at 500–800 pcs/min.
Medical Surgical Hole Towel Machine – designed for surgical drapes and hole towels with a speed of 100 m/min.
Additional lines for adult pull-up pants, baby pants, menstrual pants, panty liners, breast pads, under pads, light incontinence pads, and sterile wound dressings were also featured, demonstrating the company’s versatility across consumer and medical applications.
Each machine incorporates full servo drives, PLC control systems, i-MAS intelligent equipment management, one-button size changeovers, high-precision tension control, and optional vision inspection systems — reflecting New Yuhong’s commitment to automation, energy efficiency, and precision manufacturing.
